This hotel was tucked away in a quiet spot of Yushima. It was close enough to walk to the main attractions of Akihabara, also walkable to Ueno. When walked into our hotel floor, its decor was pretty, and made it felt homey. There was a laundromat and a few marts close by to the hotel for convenience. Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and good customerservice. The room was a bit small for a party of 3 adults and 2 kids (12 &10yo), but everything we needed were in the room. I was surprised the futons were comfortable, given I have bad back. We would recommend this place!
After a day out, with tens of thousands of steps gained, it was uphill to the hotel (but it depends on which way you go).

The room size, hard worker staff ( only 1-2staff members ) working the whole day & night!!! Clean room and big shower room
Showers are slow water - communication in WhatsApp is not professional with the hotel manager/owner 👎 I sent a request in 45 days in advance and they were not ready or aware of my request

The location was really close to train (short 5 min walk) and to Akihabara - quiet neighbourhood feel, which we liked.
Limited services - not a traditional “hotel” felt more like an Airbnb style.
