This is a very nice hotel.
We reserved the 1 bedroom suite that is perfect for accommodating 4 (possibly 5)
The Suite was very spacious with a small kitchen, living room and laundry machine in the room. So very accommodating place to stay for multiple nights.
It also has an Onsen for relaxing after an all day outing. Gender specific.
Our suite was on floor 2 and that is where the Onsen was so it was very nice to be close to them and it seemed like there were fewer rooms on that 2nd because of the Onsen so it was very Quiet and that was very nice !!!
The Hotel staff is very nice and Welcoming !!!
The only thing we encountered was when we were checking out.
I think there is a quick check out procedure on a Kiosk but we needed them to hold our luggage for a couple hours so we had to talk to the reception desk and they had 2 ladies on staff and 1 receptionist was working with a large party that had to ship their luggage and that does take some time to do and the other receptionist was working with another gentleman and left the desk for a while so it took about 15 minutes before we could check out and have our bags held so I would say give yourself some time if you have to interact with the staff in case they are occupied with patrons that have longer check out procedures.
Of course it will always be a hit or miss scenario . If we were down there 10-15 minutes prior we would have missed being delayed checking out. So timing is everything.
Over all this hotel is a Great Place and I would stay again.
