Excellent town centre location for the Montrose music festival, yet set back from the street and avoids the noise. On three floors with two shower rooms between the three bedrooms. Ample kitchen/dining/seating area on the middle floor, along with access to terrace area shared with next door apartment.
Minor niggles were only one bath towel provided per double room, and no shampoo/body wash/conditioner in the showers. So many places provide ample towels and soaps these days that I often don't pack them. Also the shower rooms could do with mats as the floors tended to get wet, and a second key wouldn't go amiss for a place that accommodates up to six adults.

The close leading to the entrance was in need of a bit of attention. However, as it is a period building, there is probably little which could be done.
