The room was clean and modern, only a 10/15 minute walk into the city centre and a metro stop nearby.
The air con in the Dante room was not the best for the size of the room. Nowhere to put luggage bags. However we did have big ones as we were travelling for 3 weeks. If we had smaller ones would've had enough space

This was honestly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, from the smooth and convenient digital check-in to the exceptional service throughout our visit. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect as well—an easy walk to the train station and all of the attractions we wanted to see.
There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel—it was an exceptional stay from start to finish, with great service, a comfortable room, and a fantastic breakfast. The location was also ideal and made it easy to get around and explore everything we wanted to see. The only issue we ran into was being overcharged by the cab driver who brought us from the train station to the hotel, charging 32 euros for a 10-minute ride and claiming there was a standard surcharge from the station, which is not true as the fare should have been closer to 15 euros.

The location to where I needed to be was good.
The room had excellent air conditioning and was clean and comfortable.
Many doors and many door codes to access the property and the unmanned front desk.
