Adorable and personal. Host greeted us late at night, provided lots of information, so useful about the city. Lovely hotel, quaint and homely and quiet and central.

An excellent, super friendly host, very responsive to any concerns and took his time to show and explain everything to us, including some excellent dining options. Room was clean and area was safe.
Very walkable area, about a 15 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Duomo.
They even had umbrellas available for us when it rained the one day! Highly recommended.

Stayed here 18years after having stayed the first time. Akin to a boutique hotel. The management team is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable and something different to standard upmarket hotel's etc.. great roof top terrace to enjoy a drink at dusk. Great location sufficiently far away from the centre to be quiet but sufficiently close to allow all tourist areas to be in walkable distance. Strongly recommend.
