Great for the price would stay there again in a minute. Helpfull and friendly staff, room clean A/C worked great, plus great water pressure and hot water as well. Extra bonus of #2 tram right outside the place.

This property met my expectations and was perfect for our needs. It’s a very reasonably priced hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The staff was truly friendly and helpful. Though a bit dated and shabby, our two rooms were impeccably clean, sheets and towels crisp and fresh, and the AC unit new and efficient. Plenty of hanging and drawer storage. Fantastic cafe/bakery on a nearby corner for breakfast, restaurants five minutes walk. Try Retro Ristorante—modest entry area but gorgeous inside, and fantastic food! Perfect hotel for a more modest budget, walkable to everything.
