LA CASA DI ORSOLA

Extremely friendly staff and available for general questions via WhatsApp, even after business hours. It felt very homey, great air conditioning, very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the tram station that could take you to the train station and also a short walk from the hop on hop off bus. Only one flight of stairs which was much appreciated when we were lugging over 20kg up. Overall we loved it a lot and would definitely stay here again.

הדירה מאד גדולה ומצויידת, יש גלריה עם 2 מיטות יחיד לילדים, מטבח גדול, מאד מרווח ומואר ושקט. האזור חביב עם מאפיות קטנות ובמרחק הליכה מהשוק.

This was a decent place to stay in Florence. Our room had a comfortable bed, good water pressure, AC, and a mini fridge. Mauricio reached out via WhatsApp before our arrival and was very accommodating when our flights (all of them) were delayed and we needed to check in later than expected. We also loved the location as it was close to the city center without the noise or crowds and there were some good restaurants nearby. We also felt safe walking around. If you’re looking for something fancier, this is not it, but if you want somewhere to comfortably rest with a great location and a charming building, then this is a good option.

Just something to note: This is a converted apartment with three guest separate guest rooms, so it’s more like an AirBnB than a hotel. Not a bad thing per se, but there’s no cleaning up the room or making the bed. That’s all on you.

It was authentic rustic sorta.

Windows would not open. Was not the room I thought I booked. Only one towel. The had rails for the stairs was loose. The lights in the stairwell would not stay on.
