Superbe studio Plage/ Promenade des Anglais 102

Acomodação exatamente como nas fotos, precisei fazer o checkin mais cedo e prontamente fui atendida com uma taxa de 20€, na qual eu CONCORDEI SEM PROBLEMA. outro ponto é que o sofá cama não é confortável mas da pra dormi,ok. Possui um elevador pequena mas que suprir perfeitamente. Possui apenas uma câmera na entrada principal . Toda vez que eu precisei falar com o anfitrião eu obtive sucesso. A estadia é bem localizada e eu indico.

Excellent location near the beach, markets, cafe, shops and not too far from the train station. The apartment is very attractively federated and is across from a church that begins chiming at 8AM- love it or hate it?

The fold out couch “bed” took up the entire studio making it very hard to maneuver around it. Additionally, the mattress was so thin one can feel the couch frame bars through it. You’d be better off laying the mattress on the floor. The air conditioning panel was confusing to use but the fan sufficed given that the days we stayed we’re not blazing hot. An instruction manual in English would be helpful as was available for the dual washer/dryer unit.

The property's interior was modern.

First of all when we arrived, we saw that the aircon machine was password protected so we couldn't turn it on (it was 30-33 degrees Celcius in Nice that week). There was a little air machine, but it basically just made the hot air in the room move around. Then we wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. I contacted the property owner but I couldn't get an answer until Booking contacted them and there was a confusing answer that it must be broken (actually it was probably turned off because we checked EVERY pipe and thing inside the apartment and outside, my partner knows this stuff.) and someone will come to fix it - I told it didn't suit us because we would not be home that day (it was my partners birthday) and the owner wanted to send a random person there and we would just leave the keys that they could get in. We didn't accept that. At the end we were without hot water for a week. The kitchen utensils/plates/cups/etc were dirty and it smelled like old milk in the cupboards. Bed was ok- uncomfortable but we could sleep there, bedsheet was dirty. Overall the apartment is very small, but it could be very nice if the basic things a human needs would work.
