We had a great time in Nice and the apartment was fantastic and great located.
If i go back to nice again i will stay in this apartment.

There was quite a bit of construction around the building which made some of the sections on the 1st floor a little smelly. The apartment was as advertised and have no complaints about it.

This was a great location due to the fact that everything is within a 10-15 min walk. The owner is very communicative and the whole process of getting and dropping off the keys was very easy. I just wish the place was a little cleaner. There were hairs all tangled up in the throw pillows. The cabinets were stained and I had to clean the sofas with a disinfectant cloth because there were juice stains and we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them. Overall it was a pretty good but again I would probably look for a cleaner place.
