Great value, huge, felt like a house, awesome view, loved the full kitchen.

The stay was overall fine, but a few details stood out. It would be helpful if coffee filters were supplied—the provided Folgers coffee was weak and not very enjoyable. One of the queen beds sagged noticeably and would have been uncomfortable to share. A vanity cabinet door was loose and crooked, and some of the artwork frames were chipped and damaged. The place has a dated feel, which is expected, but the broken items made the datedness stand out even more.

Very spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom with extra private room with pull out couch and another in the living area. Great layout for 5 people; and wonderful balcony and view. We were in the Penthouse

Nothing against the property but the elevation was quite high (over 10k feet) which we weren't used to.

They allowed us to check in early. We loved the view, the staff and the location. The condo was nice and comfortable.

Beautiful place with plenty of space. The view was amazing! Close to many great places.

Our group is not used to the altitude so it did affect us. Although I loved the place I would never stay here again. I would highly recommend for anyone who doesn't have an issue with the altitude.

Pleasant, disrupted by unnecessary noise

Staff was super friendly and very helpful with needed information. Room was spacious and clean and had everything as listed. Late check in was easy.

The first night was fine however on the second night, a couple with a pet was placed in the unit above me, and I could hear every single movement. I kept waking up throughout the night due to the noise. Starting around 4:30 am it got even worse loud furniture moving, drawers being opened and closed repeatedly. I’m not a light sleeper, but it was extremely disruptive. I really value my sleep quality, and this made it very difficult to rest. (It seemed as other units were empty so being placed strategically would be appreciated.)

Amazing place and great value!

What a fantastic place! Our one bedroom was huge! The main living room was huge with a comfy sofa bed, a powder room, a nice tv with all the streaming channels, and a full kitchen. The bedroom, also huge, had a king bed, big tv, and full bath. The views of the mountain from the patio were spectacular! As long as you don’t mind staying a few minutes away from downtown, this is an incredible value.

Wonderful views and spacious living!

The view is wonderful. It is off the beaten path so very quiet and peaceful but still a quick drive to town. The apartment was spacious and having a garage was an unexpected surprise which was great since it snowed.

The apartment could benefit from some upgrades/updates. All of the baseboard floor heating metal is bent and/or dented.

The unit we were placed in did not match what was shown when booked. In addition, this particular unit, 7CS, should not be rented separately from the unit above it. While in Unit 7CS, no matter the time of day, you can hear everything from the floor above, including any one walking above, talking, and when they use the bathroom. The entrance to the floor above is through the garage which is immediately adjacent to Unit 7CS. People coming in and out of the unit above can be heard coming and going, talking, etc.

Last minute reservation because we couldn't get back to Denver! Best place to get stuck ever!!

The location was gorgeous with breathtaking views. I would suggest 4WD to get up though especially with all the snow the mountains got over the weekend! The apartment was extremely clean and cozy with a fabulous kitchen which we got to use to make a healthy home cooked meal. The fireplace was a nice touch, and I love that this was pet friendly. My dog loved the location and how big the apartment was. We also utilized the hot tub, which was so nice and quiet.

You can definitely hear if you have an apartment above you the people moving around, especially early morning skiers! You can also hear very well upstairs if you are staying in one of the downstairs bedroom, so if you like to sleep in, you may want ear plugs :) This however did not bother me.

Super friendly and helpful manager who checked us in early. She's a gem! Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Plenty of parking spaces available, and it's in a quiet residential neighborhood. The drive up to the location from Breckenridge was beautiful! It's located up the side of a mountain just above Breckenridge, and very close to some ski areas.

The entrance is a little confusing, but it's not the hotel's fault. The street sign was placed incorrectly by the Breckenridge township. When you go to check in, be sure to use the 2nd driveway instead of the 1st one. The hot tubs are located in the center of each "pod" of apartments. We didn't get to enjoy them because they are closed at 10pm at the start of quiet hours. By the time we got back, it was too late. I wouldn't really call this a "resort", it's more like a nice apartment complex.

Very nice price for adequate accommodations with a nice vantage point.

Liked that there was a couch and an ample kitchen. Also was plenty of space in bathroom on counter top.

Bed wasn’t very soft and was located right by the window. Also in our case the bar counter was right at a dangerous height for our toddler with sharp corners so we had to watch that very closely and tried to wrap towels around corners in case we didn’t catch her. Also no luggage racks were available. So everything was laid on floor.

The shower doors in both bathrooms were off their tracks making it difficult to get in and out of the showers. I reported this to the resort front desk person.

Lovely location, comfortable, removed from town with a convenient bus to Main Street on the hour.

It was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed using the pool table and shuffleboard games at the office. The ladies at the front desk were very personable, kind, and helpful. And the bus stop was very convenient.

The hot tub for our unit wasn't working so we had to use the one in the next unit. I think that was our only problem during our 2 night stay.

Good location, excellent views, spacious enough for the two of us.

The kitchen faucet was leaking whenever it was turned on, and the tub wouldn’t drain so we stood in 4 inches of water by the time we were done showering, gross!
