Hotel is overall good and convenient location wise. Complimentary breakfast had many options and we very much enjoyed having actual coffee mugs to drink from. Our room was vary spacious and nice but we found the pillow selection odd and very uncomfortable - made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, for the price, location and including breakfast it's a good deal and worth it for a quick weekend getaway,

Great place for Breckenridge. Close to town and large rooms. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. Beware of the parking though, it'll add another $40 a night to your stay and there isn't a lot of it. We were there in the off season and it was full every night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast provided many high-quality options. Located close to downtown Breckenridge which made walking to dining/shopping very accessible. Great stay!

Not bad place for the night during our road trip. Breckenridge is of course beautiful. The bed was too slept in, the toilet ran all night, but there was a door that closed and we had to figure out how to get the cable working in the room since the previous guest unhooked it. Also the person upstairs was as loud as a buffalo and stayed up until past midnight. The property was ok for a Marriott.

This is our 31st year to visit Breck in the summer 🙂 We wanted to bring our dog with us this year so staying at this pet friendly location was perfect! All the staff were very helpful & the facility was super clean. The breakfast was THE BEST!!

We really enjoyed the town of Breckenridge and the hotel. There was a domestic argument next door which woke us up with pounding on the wall, and there was some arguing in the room and out into the hall. It seemed to get quiet after a few minutes. We were prepared to call down to the desk, but it seemed resolved. Really strange, and somewhat scary, not knowing what to do.

two days, one day a good included breakfast, the second, the eggs and sausage were awful. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. Easy walk to downtown, is Breckenridge big enough to have a "downtown"? Friendly staff with excellent recommendations for desert locations. Water pressure was low in our room. In the end, for the price and location, a good place to stay.

Loved the Residence Inn over in Breckenridge. Staff was very friendly, and I mean all of them, from housekeeping I bumped into through the corridors, the breakfast staff and of course, the front desk, they were the most helpful of all. Helping me with my Bonvoy account and also finding a USB-C charger.

I don’t like the money grab with parking and the prices of some of the goods in the marketplace in the lobby were ridiculous.

Only thing I didn’t like was they turned off the key at 11 onto the second, just as we were literally working to get our last suitcase out of the room. An extra 5 minutes wouldn't have killed them. I seemed a bit extreme.

The rooms themselves were clean and it was nice they had a pull out couch too and a kitchen. Breakfast was average had better elsewhere but a large variety. However the walls in this hotel are paper thin. You may as well be sleeping in the same room as the people next to you with everything you can hear. On top of that the cleaning staff are also talking loudly in the morning and you can hear it through the walls. The biggest issue we ran into was someone staying at the hotel or a random person had released a chemical spray into the hall to the point where people couldn’t breathe. We wore coughing constantly along with the staff to the point we had to hold towels over our faces. Our throats and noses were burning. Not sure what was going on in this hotel.

I was surprised at the condition of the property. It was outdated. The landscaping was not good......weeds all around the property and even around the fence of the pool. The food was good and with really good options. For a Mariott property I was a little disappointed. I had reserved a room with a king bed and when I got to the room it had 2 queen beds. When I went to the front desk I was told that because of some type of work being done there were no rooms availale with king beds. They did give me a nice price reduction and waived the parking fee.

We impressed with staffs and clean and very convenient location. The room is spacious. Only thing to comment is the refridgeration noise and bathroom fan is too lound. It bothers my sleep. We'll go back to stay again.
