It was great, we had a memorable time. The location was pretty good to because we were able to walk. I enjoyed the staff. The room was cute. We had a view. I loved the studio kitchen with fridge and microwave. We had the electronic card which was easy.
You definitly need to have a shuttle. Other hotels had shuttles we were a little jealous. Other than not having a shuttle. I enjoyedmy time.

The location was amazing, we were right in the middle of everything! It was very easy to get onto the slopes, we were able to rent gear within steps of the hotel, and a few steps more we were on the chairlifts. I enjoyed the amenities like spa water, coffee, and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon. The hotel was very quiet, which I appreciated very much after long days skiing. The staff was helpful when we needed to store something for a short while, and I appreciated that flexibility.
Our shower did not drain, which led to very quick and stressful showers and some floods because our unit had a shower stall only, no bathtub.

Everything was perfect in the room, the pool and the location!
Temperature in the room kept being inconsistent

Location was great! The unit itself was better than we expected and was much larger than anticipated. Bed was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the view from the balcony.
There is some construction nearby but that can't always be avoided. Wish parking didn't cost extra but that's also very standard in mountain towns.

The location is so Awesome. It's right at the base of Peak 9 and right at the top of Main Street. We had the 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. We were able to spend quality time at the pool and the arcade room outside of the pool with my grand daughter. Melinda made our stay even more special and I am Very Grateful to her for that. We will be booking again soon.
That we couldn't stay longer.

It was easy to walk in town for shops and restaurants. The 2 bedroom condo had a full kitchen and plenty of space.
The pool area was under construction which is understandable this time of year just a bummer. Also the garage got a little stuck trying to get cars in and out of the same way

Its only for four people.. one person had to sleep on floor..

Great in-town location with plenty of space in the condo. The balcony overlooking the waterway, with ducks and fish, made for a peaceful retreat. The gym and pool were very clean, though a bit of a trek to reach through the building’s maze-like layout. On-site parking was convenient, though at $25 it felt steep, especially given the confusing access. Fortunately, the staff member was very helpful, providing clear explanations and a map. The kitchen was spacious, easy to use, and well stocked. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped situation once you get your bearings.
The condo is spacious with two bedrooms (one queen, one with two twins), two bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. However, the description wasn’t fully accurate. The ‘air conditioning’ is actually just natural air from the high elevation, and the washing machine is outside the apartment and phone app operated—still useful, but not as implied. The $200 refundable security fee also felt high, especially since the condo shows some wear and could use refreshing. Overall, the space worked, but clearer listing details would help set expectations.

Beautiful and great location. The staff were so friendly and generous. Even let us borrow an umbrella for the day since the rain came in quick.
Parking was a bit confusing.

The location is great in the heart of Brekenridge, close to all the main streets and attraction. If you like hiking most of the trailheads are between 45 mins to 1 hr drive
It’s on the expensive side but I guess it’s a normal price for the town

The location was great. The kitchen was fully equipped.
The construction is going on around on the way to the room and outside the window. Lots of dust and paint smell. Very uncomfortable environment. The property staff was not helpful. They did not notify us that construction was going on. And, they refused to provide any air purifier. No AC, and couldn't open the window due to dust from construction. A totally inhuman environment. And, the front desk lady was rude and refused to give me an invoice, as I booked from third party (Booking.com).

I like the mountain view from the apartment, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary accessories, including cutlery sets and dishwashing materials
They have plenty of Garage Parking, but it's chargeable ($25 per night). Note that you need to leave before 11 am to avoid the next day's charge
For reviewers: You'll need to download the app, as all access to your room and parking is managed through it (you will be notified by the front desk). Upon arrival, you can drive into the garage, where you'll have 15 minutes of complimentary parking to check in
People can be misled by the pictures. They have multiple buildings, and you won't know which one you'll be in until you get your room. The one I was placed in was Shavano. I have to say, it wasn't impressive at all. The apartment size was good, but there wasn't enough light. The sofa set looked like it was decades old. Obviously, being a mountainous area, there's no air conditioning, so I had to use a noisy floor fan. Additionally, the windows weren't adjustable, and it was hard to keep them open.
$200 Deposit ask is too much ( I hope this will return soon :))

We liked the restaurant and being close to other things, but the bed was uncomfortable, there was no air conditioning and no staff. They did not give us our check in on time. We got there at two and did not get to get checked in until about four forty five. The faucet and the kitchen did not work very well. The ad did not say that there was no air conditioning.
No air conditioning in the room light for them to check us in ,we had to check in down the street for the hotel we were staying at. They were rude and we got there at 2 and did not get in until 4,30. Mulitiple couples waiting in lobby. Bad experience. Bed too small. For what the room charge was, parking should have been included

The apartment we rented was neat and clean as well as being within walking distance of downtown.
The patio only had a view of an adjacent building. I did not enjoy being required to utilize my personal cell phone for access within the property.

The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.
Getting through to staff was almost impossible. The front desk was always closed with no way to contact anyone. The staff at Thunder Mountain were more accommodating when we checked in, but after was impossible to get a hold of.

No one at the front desk the entire time. The keys were Bluetooth. Did not work well. Hated it!

Prime location! We loved being able to walk out the door and be right in the action. Everything is within walking distance and it was an incredible location for the price! We also loved how clean and large the unit was, even though we chose the studio option. We loved having a kitchen and a large bathroom with a tub! The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed having a large couch as well! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!
The only con was that the toilet was really loud when flushing.

Location! Right off the main street. Perfect for walking anywhere. And the property had great hot tubs!
The unit was hot. There was a ceiling fan but it didn’t actually work. We eventually found a plug in AC unit but it wasn’t needed by then.

The location
The second bed was a very uncomfortable and poor quality sofa couch. The foot portion kept falling down and the mattress slide down ALL NIGHT. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. NO air and the room was 84 degrees. The check in process makes you use your phone We were travelling all day and the process was so over the top ridiculous. For the price of a tiny room and fake second bed, we were highly highly disappointed and uncomfortable for the entire stay.

The room was very comfortable and I especially liked the kitchen area. The bed and pillows were comfortable and so was the couch. I really liked the room and the view of the mountains. I liked how close it was to walk the downtown area of Breckinridge.
I really don't have any dislikes about my stay.

We stayed in the most beautiful one bedroom studio apartment that had amazing views of the snow-capped mountains. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this place

Cost of parking horrendous but more of a Brekenridge issue than the hotel.
