Everyone was great. Especially Carli at checkin. The only issues we had were the room temp and pillows. The room temperature was much too hot. We opened doors but people were smoking marijuana on a balcony very close to ours. We asked for foam pillows and never received

I reserved a room in September and was told when I checked out the rooms were assigned based on availability upon arrival. We had two small dogs and had to hike to the back of the hotel to take 2 elevators to the 10th floor. I reserved the room as a pet friendly room and as soon as we walked in the room after a 12 hour drive we were called from the front desk and told there was a $75.00 pet fee on top of all the other fees. I was also told by the front desk when I asked later that night the kitchen was closed but after I went to the bar and was told I could still order so luckily I was able to bring food back to the room located in the back 40 acres of the hotel. Additionally you advertise pet areas for them to use the facilities. This does not exist. The only good experience was the valet personnel. So for over $500.00 for a room that I booked in September at $262.00 I had a horrible experience and got to pay for it through the nose. I’ve traveled all over the world and been to Hiltons all over and this by far has been my worst experience EVER! If a refund is possible I would gladly accept it!

The oxygen levels on the 9th floor was unsafe, at best, if not dangerous. And the 5 minute walk from the valet entrance to your room is not worth the stay.

Alpenrock is a nice place. Our room was perfect looking out at the mountains. A bit of a problem with housekeeping communication. Please note, they do not begin to tidy the rooms until 11:00a. Make sure you review the shuttle drop off / pick up procedures.

The hotel has a mandatory $55/night parking fee, which was not ideal to find out after the fact. Otherwise it was a clean hotel with very friendly staff. We were in town just on a whim for the day, I would have stayed somewhere else as the pricing did not reflect the experience.

The hotel was beautiful but the beds were terrible. The bartender was awful he kept ignoring us. Served us pizza with no plates or napkins. Food wasn’t very good. Parking was way overpriced. I probably won’t return since it was rather expensive.

Great hotel and location but don’t understand the design. It was very annoying to take an elevator from the 3rd floor lobby to the 5th, walk a maze of hallways, get in another elevator to go up to the 6th, sometimes more walking and a third elevator to get to the 9th floor where we stayed. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars

The place was wonderful. Only problem I'm having is getting final billing summary sent to my my email. Its been just a couple of days so I'm hoping they figure it out. The restaurant. Edwards. Cooked up a breakfast for us. The eggs on the eggs Benedict dish we ordered were the size of quall eggs??? and the sauce was also kind of a mystery .For $24 we felt kind of ripped off. The rest of the place was fantastic!

Let me start with the manager called me after we checked out to address our situation to try and remedy this. He was helpful and understanding and I appreciate that. However our enjoyable weekend had already been drastically disrupted. Now the short version is our power to the hvac and the area surrounding the bed went off our first night. It was resolved in an acceptable amount of time. The second night the power again went off and once again it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. However it then went off again, that same night, and was never resolved. They never restored our power and offered us no solutions. We checked out a day early. Leaving our three day trip to Breckenridge on Saturday instead of Sunday which disappointed me terribly. The power continually flipping breakers concerned me and with no ac it was uncomfortable. Small things were the fridge made a high pitch noise until we turned it off, a Bobby pin was on the bathroom floor when we checked in that made it feel like it wasn’t very clean and finally there was a piece of a rubber glove or balloon on the bedroom floor that also made me question how well cleaned it was. Also, there was no self parking available as the lot for self parking was being used for a race so $55 per day parking was our only option. The good things were the location is great and the hotel is nice and I’m just sorry our experience was not as good as I had hoped.

Did not know there was a 55 dollar charge you had to pay for valet parking…..they have no onsite self parking. Also a 45 dollar charge even if you don’t use the gym or sauna.
