Although the room is a studio, the layout was unique and roomy. This unit had a decent kitchen, a nice sized kitchen table, a couch, a little reading nook, nice bed and bedding,good window coverings, nice size bathroom with a large jetted tub.

This was our third trip Breckenridge. The first two times staying at the Marriott were wonderful. The accommodations met or exceeded our expectations. This time we were inin Creekside on the first floor and had to walk two blocks to get to our car. In our opinion the studio was subpar. The couch was shredded. We tried to do laundry. Our clothes were in the dryer for an hour and a half and never did get dry. All in all this was a very disappointing trip. We ended up packing up and leaving early Wednesday morning.

This "hotel" is a collection of vacation apartments, so the amenities are different from a regular hotel. For example, there's no restaurant on site. It usnt a problem, as its just a few steps from Main street, tge studio has a full kitchen, and you have grills on site. I lucked out, with a great view overlooking Maggie Pond.

Had an emergency back home and had to leave one day early. NO consideration of one night room reservation charge by the Manager. Will be filing a complaint/request for refund on AIG Travel Policy.

Room was fantastic looking over downtown Breck. Pool was wonderful with a view of the mountains and right downtown so quick walk to everything. Highly recommend staying here, staff even found me a room hours before normal check in.

Honestly my biggest issue with the property is that there’s no A/C. We stayed there for 3 days, and no one in my family had a good nights sleep. Both nights we were there the outside temp got down to the low 50’s, but even with the balcony door wide open, and the window open the 3” that they allow, everyone was sweating all night.

For the price that they charge they should have house keeping. I was never informed that my room was not going to be cleaned everyday. We stayed there for 4 nights and not once did they come to change my towels and my bed. We tried calling front desk and they were not able to do anything about the issue. Very bad service. I can't wait to go back. Because of off-season and a lower count of guests they gave me an upgrade to a top floor room which I did not request. The Marriott knows how to take care of their guests!
