Location was great and within walking distance to all we needed to see and do.
Getting the keys was very hard as the girl at the Florida Hotel didn't know anything about me needing to pick up keys. Once i finally got the keys no one knew exactly where the apartment was from the hotel. The living room couch was very uncomfortable and in the middle of the night if you ran any water the pump was loud and woke up the folks in the bedroom with the king size bed. Plus, that room did not have any lights that worked on the night stand.

The dinning patio table
No hot water initially. Guests should be informed where you can increase the water heat and location of water heater. Mold in the sink area, bad smell in guest bathroom, toilets, sinks and floors, need to be cleaned thoroughly! One of the toilets were clogged and didn’t get fixed 2 days later.

Separate bathrooms and a patio were a plus, location was good! Very spacious apartment.
Water boiler works really loud, if somebody flushes toilet at night there is noise in all the rooms. Apartment looked worse than in pictures, some sockets did not work and were missing near beds. Apartment could be renovated however it fitted our needs and we were happy staying there. Important to say that it is on the second floor accessible only by stairs so not a good choice for reduced mobility people.
