All and all I would not stay there again

Location was great and within walking distance to all we needed to see and do.

Getting the keys was very hard as the girl at the Florida Hotel didn't know anything about me needing to pick up keys. Once i finally got the keys no one knew exactly where the apartment was from the hotel. The living room couch was very uncomfortable and in the middle of the night if you ran any water the pump was loud and woke up the folks in the bedroom with the king size bed. Plus, that room did not have any lights that worked on the night stand.

The dinning patio table

No hot water initially. Guests should be informed where you can increase the water heat and location of water heater. Mold in the sink area, bad smell in guest bathroom, toilets, sinks and floors, need to be cleaned thoroughly! One of the toilets were clogged and didn’t get fixed 2 days later.

Poor communication, questionable area

Hello, I would not stay there again. It's in a questionable area, not the worse but not pretty. The doors lock well so you feel safe. I appreciated the large table for all to sit down and eat. The master bathroom had mold in the sink. And 2 lamps did not work. We also needed more toilet paper; We had 3 rolls for 5 adults and 2 got sick. We asked for more but no response was ever received by email nor phone call. Also, the showers and sink pipes started to smell the longer we were there. Don't stay in this place.

Spacious place in the Historic Center

Separate bathrooms and a patio were a plus, location was good! Very spacious apartment.

Water boiler works really loud, if somebody flushes toilet at night there is noise in all the rooms. Apartment looked worse than in pictures, some sockets did not work and were missing near beds. Apartment could be renovated however it fitted our needs and we were happy staying there. Important to say that it is on the second floor accessible only by stairs so not a good choice for reduced mobility people.

It’s a good price but not great location

I liked the space for a group of 6 people.

The couch is uncomfortable, the shower leaks everywhere which leaves the bathroom soaked. I didn’t love the area, it’s border line ugly downtown side.

Very good

Place was nice. Location was walking distance to most historical places and lots of places to eat in the center of the city. Host responds quickly and gave a list of suggestions. TV and music (Alexa) were great for relaxation after a long day of walking around. Love the open patio/dining area! Living was nice and large to be together. The property met most of our expectations, except losing the hot water every time we all showered. So we all showered quuckly! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hot water does not last with 4 occupants showering one after the other. The couch needs new foams to make it comfortable. Maybe that's the reason why there were so many pillows.

It was beautiful but needs to fix odors and moldy smell coming from the bathroom and water pump.

It's a beautiful apartment very clean and specious. It's in a great location. It had everything you needed. Good water pressure in the showers. and very comfortable beds.

There is bad odors coming from the bathrooms. There is no air ventilation and no fans or air conditioning. The water pump goes off a lot and is very loud throughout the apartment at all hours of the day and night.

Posizione strategica. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo con qualche dettaglio da migliorare.

Appartamento molto ampio, a metà strada tra lo Zocalo e Piazza Garibaldi. Comodo per visitare il centro storico a piedi. Disponibilità per la custodia del bagaglio e costante attenzione, a partire dal graditissimo boccione di acqua minerale a disposizione. Facilità di comunicazione via Wapp. Piccolo problema tecnico risolto rapidamente.

La zona è un po' scura la sera, però la polizia è presente ed attenta. L'ingresso è bruttino e non fa onore all'appartamento. Si accede dopo aver ritirato le chiavi alla reception del vicino hotel (nessuno ci ha accompagnati, sul pianerottolo ci sono due appartamenti. È il primo in cima alla scala). Primo piano senza ascensore.

Excelente!!

El lugar muy centrico, super espacioso más de como se ve en las fotos. Huele a limpio desde que abres la puerta. El anfitrión muy atento siempre pendiente durante nstra estancia. El internet super rapido etc etc. En conclusión mi familia y yo la pasamos excelente en el depto y en nstra próxima visita lo volveriamos a escoger sin pensarlo 😉👍💯

Todos nos gustó. Solo como un pequeño comentario y consejo: podrian optar por poner algun tapete en la salida del baño.
