Good for a long weekend

The apartment had a large balcony with a great view (sunset over the city skyline was a bonus), very good Wifi, a big washing machine, a fairly well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms!

Quite noisy, as heavy traffic could be heard even on the 6th floor, as well as loud party music from the neighbours on the weekend. Not too keen on having to strip the bedsheets and take out the garbage out ourselves before departure!

Bad

Everything stated as in the description, clean appartment and sufficient kitchen equipment for cooking. The location is very central and you can walk to the historic center, there is also a Chedraui Supermarket close by and a Oxxo.

After doing my reservation, the host sent me a message that I have to do a bank transfer of 50USD to a Mexican bank account within 5 days or otherwise the reservation will be canceled. That was weird, as the booking policy for the apartment stated free cancellation for the first 10 days. I wrote the owner that I am in a foreign country and cannot make a bank transfer that easy. As far as I know it is impossible to cancel the booking for the owner, and it also sounded suspicious to pay to some strangers bank account money. Booking.com had my credit card data which can be charged anyway if I don't show up. A few days before the actual reserved nights I got another message from the owner, that I have to pay 1494 MXN in total, allthough the agreed price in booking.com was 1285 MXN !!! I send the owner a screenshot of my booking confirmation and tried to correct him, but he suddenly got angry and told me, that I should cancel the reservation if I do not pay what he demands and he don't want to discuss with me. I contacted the booking.com support and they also verified, that the correct price was 1285 MXN. I was scared to stand in Mexico City at night with my kid without apartment, so I stopped arguing. Canceling the apartment was no option, as all apartments in this price range where already booked at that time. I was glad that we were allowed to enter finally, but this experience was really horrible, staying in the place after this slightly aggressive conversation trying to push me to pay more money. We agreed that I let the money in the room when I leave, so in the end I just left the 1285 MXN, but the uncertainty if we have a place to stay and the harsh attitude of the owner made the experience really negative. Apart from this experience, the apartment was also on a very loud street, I think with 4 rows and lots of cars. On the photos, the apartment looks bigger.

Good 3days stay with nice host !

Jose is a really nice host, you can contact him and he will reply quickly. He was there on my arrival. He also provided huge bottle of water. Very close to two supermarkets, nice view on the city, big balcony, TV in bedroom and living room, comfortable bed, 24h security at the door + multiples badges, not far from centro, internet is stable (>50mbps).

There is a big avenue passing by so it's very noisy. Smelled cleaning products in toilets but Jose will fix it.

The apartment was in a good location with easy access to downtown. The apartment was very nice with a great balconey with a spectacular view of the city. Our host was easy to contact and was very helpful.We really enjoyed our stay here.

Volvería a hospedarme sin duda.

Muy buena ubicación, donde inicia Tepito de un lado y Tlatelolco del otro, a la vuelta un oxxo que cierra a las 12am, hay opciones de comida cerca incluyendo un puesto de tacos deliciosos frente al oxxo. El centro queda a una buena distancia para caminar o está el metrobus que recorre todo reforma a unos metros de distancia. La terraza es amplia con buena vista y ambiente agradable. El domingo se puso sobre Reforma un mercadito con antigüedades y curiosidades. El anfitrión muy atento y los guardias del edificio muy amables siempre.

Está junto a una glorieta concurrida, si eres sensible al ruido esto podría ser un inconveniente en las mañanas con el caos vial ya que se escucha muy claro todo el tráfico.

ubicacion, cercania a los sitios de interes que teniamos planeados (centro y alrrededores), anfitrion atento en todo momento sin llegar a ser pesado, estacion de metrobus en frente y metro como a 1 km

nada negativo con el depto. pero estoy acostumbrado que donde me he hospedado hay venta de comida en la calle, pero en este caso no lo habia, pero ese no fue problema

El mejor lugar para vacaciones o negocios.

La seguridad impresionante sin duda. Fui por turismo con mi familia y sinceramente recomiendo el lugar al 1000%. El lugar super comodo; las instalaciones muy limpias, la ubicación super centrica y la atención del personal sin duda mis respetos. Volvería al Condominio con toda seguridad. Gracias por hacer mis vacaciones las mejores. Lo mejor de todo es que cuentas con todos los servicios y equipo en las instalaciones. LO RECOMIENDO!!!!

Me gustó todo, el apartamento full equipado; el personal del lugar muy Amable, desde los porteros hasta don Miguel de mantenimiento nos hicieron sentir en casa

Que la ventana que estaba por la litera no estaba del todo bien, tenía un palo de escoba para no abrirse, y en caso de solo andarle adultos no hay problema pero Con niños podría ser un peligro….ojala puedan repararlo, porque en realidad es el único y mini inconveniente que encontramos

Buena estadía

El anfitrión es muy gentil responde rápido cualquier inquietud. Tuvimos una experiencia terrible en Cancún con una señora Irina de Cancún Ocean View flamingo plus quien nos cobró todo por adelantado y nos robó el dinero pues nos canceló la reserva y no hizo reintegro así que teníamos nervios pero Jorge es muy correcto y el pago lo hicimos un abono muy razonable en forma previa por la plataforma y después la totalidad antes de llegar sin problemas porque todo estaba listo para recibirnos. Booking no dejó después hacer el comentario para prevenir a los usuarios sobre esta estafadora. La ubicación de reforma es muy buena, tuvimos parqueadero incluido y cerca hay múltiples sitios para visitar

Éramos un grupo de 7 personas por varios días y la acomodación debió efectuarse para parte del grupo en el piso en unas colchonetas que no eran de una sola pieza y eso se tornaba incómodo, lo que fue relevante porque estuvimos varias noches

La vista, era Hermosa, las cama de la habitación principal cómoda, agua caliente, la cocina tiene todo, Bahena ubicación, transporte público cerca, el Oxxo en toda la esquina, el domingo hicieron un tianguis muy bueno se come muy rico el anfitrión fue muy amable y pendiente de todo, el edificio cuenta con seguridad en la entrada!

En la noche es un poco peligroso, ya que hay muchos talleres de carro alrededor, salir de noche no es recomendable es muy solo, del baño salía un olor bastante extraño como de la cañería,

Excelente comunicación con el Sr. Jorge en todo momento estuvo dispuesto a responder nuestras inquietudes. La vista desde el balcón es maravillosa. Es un lugar muy céntrico y de fácil acceso por buses o Uber. Hay comercios cerca a su alrededor y esto facilitó nuestra estancia. Seguro y recomendable!

La zona non è delle migliori, sia per il rumore del traffico sia per la tranquillità del quartiere. Rimane comunque molto vicina al centro ed è facile spostarsi con uber/taxi.
