Ubicación excelente. Muy cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad.
El Internet sólo funcionó los dos primeros días, después no hubo manera de accesar. Se presentaron filtraciones de agua del ventanal hacia la pared y de allí al piso. No fue tan molesto, pero tampoco era normal.

Lo mejor de este departamento es la ubicación. Esta cerca de todo, La Reforma, Alameda, Bellas Artes, Zócalo.entre otros. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y áreas de compras. Linda caminata por Reforma, Alameda y Zócalo. Tambien tiene un buen sistema de seguridad para ingreso de los huéspedes.
El sofá-cama anunciado para una tercera persona en la reserva es un sofá normal y no muy cómodo. La ropa de cama que tenían en el closet para uso de esa tercera persona (sábanas y cobertores) estaban rotos y en mal estado. Los utensilios de cocina son básicos y las tazas estaban rotas. Debes llevar tu propio shampoo, jabón, papel higiénico porque no te dan suficiente para 3 personas y para 3 dias.
