Dúplex/terraza privada en corazón Centro Histórico

Amazing location – so central and yet relatively peaceful. We were never bothered by noise from the street. The views are incredible. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot water worked well. The downstairs bedrooms has a nice walk-in closet. We felt safe and secure. The elevator is cool and vintage!

I didn't see anything in the listing saying that the elevator goes to the 6th floor and then you have to climb two more floors, or that there's a metal grate bridge to cross into the apartment – not great for people with fear of heights. Also it was consistently hard to get the entry key pad to work. The upstairs bedroom is only for people who don't mind some light since not all the windows have covers. These are worth being aware of but not major setbacks – we would go again!

This gem of an apartment made our short stay in the historic district an extra special experience. The owner was quick to respond and accommodated us for an extended stay. The decor was vintage and so appealing it gave me ideas for my new place.

La ubicación y las vistas excelentes!

Un poco de humedad por el agua del baño y en la parte de arriba el clima se siente mas fuerte dependiendo si hace frío o calor, para tenerlo en cuenta.

Lo bueno del alojamiento es la ubicación. La zona es bastante segura y cerca de la torre latino y bellas artes.

- Esta en un octavo piso y no nos permitieron usar el elevador! Así que fue horrible tener que subir y bajar 8 pisos. El vigilante dijo que el dueño del apartamento no había pagado el mantenimiento y por eso no podíamos hacer uso del elevador. - La habitación del segundo piso se sentía bastante insegura, literal se sentía que se movía con el viento. - El lugar tiene potencial pero le falta mantenimiento y limpieza y especialmente que se pueda usar el elevador. Nota: Desde el primer día comuniqué este problema con el anfitrión, dijo que se arreglaría y no fue así. Después dijo que nos compensaría y tampoco fue así.
