Over average clean. Details not attended to (fridge leaked due to too much icing, bathroom sink drained hardly, iron leaves staines). Located in an area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Very good ear plugs provided as complimentary.
The terrible noise from the traffic 24 hours. It needs a serious refit. Notably new soundproof windows.

Great location close to Reforma and Chapultepec Park. Big apartment with fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with views to the towers of Reforma. The staff is very helpful and communication was very easy.
The apartment is situated on an extremely busy road, with constant noise from cars, trucks, and motorcycles throughout the day and night, and the windows do not block the noise. Sleeping is challenging due to the high noise levels, and the bed is uncomfortable with thin pillows. The provided toiletries are limited, requiring guests to request additional supplies. Although the apartment was cleaned once during the stay, the bathroom was not cleaned.
