The área is safe and the metro station is right outside the door, there are food stores, Oxxo and an ice crean shop outside. José is very helpful. Free water and café.
I got the room under the stairs. It's literally a storage cupboard with a child bed. The bed is so short, it will probably fit a persona under 5'3". It was really hot and stuffy as there is no windows, the only ventilations are a few hole at the end of the bed. The stairs creaked when someone uses it and the walls are super thin so I can hear everything everyone said, and I can imagine how others can hear me too. The socket is coming off the wall which was a bit worrying.
