You could get more for the money

The bed has been quite comfy The Owner / Man has been really friendly

The Check in was terrible, we had to wait for "ages" (lets say 10-15 Min) outside! No hot water after arriving, going to bed after a flight without showering = disgusting! The WiFi was not stable enough for a Video call For me it was not clear that it is a shared house, we have been a bit surprised.

The room is as described. Very clean, kitchen, refrigerator. The bath water was very hot. WI-FI is fast. The house is in a nice neighborhood, right next to subway Line 3. There are gardens 2 blocks away for running, fitness and a very, very big supermarket. There are a lot of food places downstairs, and it's easy not to cook for yourself, as well as two small shops OXXO and 7-11.

It was uncomfortable being in the room. I won't recommend it.

The área is safe and the metro station is right outside the door, there are food stores, Oxxo and an ice crean shop outside. José is very helpful. Free water and café.

I got the room under the stairs. It's literally a storage cupboard with a child bed. The bed is so short, it will probably fit a persona under 5'3". It was really hot and stuffy as there is no windows, the only ventilations are a few hole at the end of the bed. The stairs creaked when someone uses it and the walls are super thin so I can hear everything everyone said, and I can imagine how others can hear me too. The socket is coming off the wall which was a bit worrying.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is not far from the subway. Clean, in the shared kitchen you can cook whatever you want. Toilet and shower has everything you need. There are many shops nearby, Walmart, Soriana. Safe house with security. Safe area. This is one of the best places I would stay again. Thank you!

It's a nice and secure well kept apartment . I would stay here again but would bring noise canceling earphone. Very convenient right in front of the metro. I appreciated the T.V with Netflix & youtube access.

It's very noisy because of the airplanes passing. I was not able to sleep a whole night through even after taking a sleeping pill.

Good value for money for a short stay in CDMX

Clean room, great value for money, good location and the host was very helpful and responsive. Water cooler and fruit bowl were also a lovely touch. Good for a short stay in the city.

The room was quite small for a couple and the noise from the street was very loud at night. We had to keep the window closed to mitigate the noise which meant it got very warm - this could be improved with a fan or air conditioning. There was also no mirror in the bedroom and no bin in the bathroom.

Good location, the metro station is right in front, plenty of little shops and food stalls around as well as cafes. Easy and smooth check in process, secure complex, very clean apartment with all the amenities. Hot water in the shower, fast Internet

Location right next to the subway. Price extremely affordable. Functional, and clean kitchen. Clean bathroom. Nice condominium. Other guests were quiet, and friendly. Space in fridge, and closet. Clean microwave, overall a clean space with a nice working kitchen and some spices and things to share.

The budget room is extremely cramped. If you are claustrophobic this is not the room for you as it's pretty much a closet turned into a room. The twin bed is not comfortable. When I saw the pictures, I thought they were the full bedroom size rooms. I didn't know there was a closet sized room available. For a quick affordable stay it's fine

great fun stay

jose luis was a wonderful host. i wish i would have had a larger bed, but even i at 6'1 and slightly clumsy managed to enjoy his smallest room without issue. the metro is right outside. lavanderia around the corner. restaurants, oxxo, 7 eleven, pharmacies, everything located outside. you can cook and keep food in the fridge.

i wish i had a bigger bed but it was my fault for not realizing how small the room was. other than that, everything was great.

Location was really good, really near of Metro. Quiet place, room was really small, but it matches the description, so, no problem. In summary, if you look for a cheap and quiet place to sleep, with great location, this is really good. Attention from the owner was excellent.

There are 3 (I think) private rooms, mine was without balcony but it was ok! Kitchen and Bathroom is shared but modern and clean. In this area you have everything close, Metro is a 10 min. walk. The host is friendly and responsive. I recommend!
