We were charged twice for the room.

It was a very convenient location.

We were charged twice. Once by booking.com and once at the property. Now we have to take time to fix the problem. That is the reason for poor ratings.

Mostly clean, bathroom smelled humid and kind of dirty

It is a hostel, not a hotel. I was charged the full price for my reservation despite there being an extremely loud block party that did not let me sleep and shook the whole room.

Our room was very noisy, but overall a safe and clean place

Very close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the place felt very safe. Breakfast was very simple, but fulfilling (loved the fresh fruits) 😊

I was there with a 3-year old kid and they placed us to the first room. People were chatting in the hallway and woke us up all the time. Additionally it felt like we were sleeping on top of a generator, since it was very noisy. If they would have placed us to a room on higher floor I probably wouldn’t have much to complain about.

Easy to find, many restaurants and veg stores in the area.. Nice to have a kitchen...

Room is definitely NOT 96 sq feet, or 9 yards sq as description gives......it's 9x6, which is 54 square foot..This is deceiving.!!!.it's Small, but enough Found WiFi a bit iffy, though 5 bars Don't understand why they show fotos of lounge room?? when I was told not to use it.. My booking was a bit strange..showed two prices, and different fotos..I guess I got the cheaper room Extendable light needs some maintenance as won't hold position

it was incredibly cheap and close to the airport

there’s no sign for the hotel and it’s in a sketchy neighbourhood. The cab driver was even worried about me... That’s a first in Mexico.

Superb

Very friendly and helpful host. About 5 mins walk from terminal 1 so convenient if you are looking for an airport hotel. We rented the apartment, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It's basic and clean. Didnt have a difficulty to fins as the host sent us directions. Good value for money.

Very close to the airport, walking distance and fairly safe (for me at least). Basic breakfast but flexible. Coffee any time and water dispenser 24 hrs. Super helpful host. Comfortable stay I’d come back!

No view. Some early mornings ppl were talking outside at 4am, 5am etc but I was ok with it as I had jet lag anyway

close to the airport, the manager wait for us, no matter how late we got there. he was very friendly and helpful. Also there are places to eat very close by

At the moment the internet wasn't working right, he said they will call to fix the problem, because they should have better connection for the money they are paying.

Location is so so, but there are amazing tacos really close . There is no sign to let you know you are at a hotel which would be very helpful since the place is hidden behind a big tree and it's just garage door.

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und man hatte viel Platz. Es gab neben dem Bett noch ein Sofa, eine Kommode, einen Schreibtisch und ein TV. Bett war sauber und bequem (aber harte Matratze - muss man mögen) Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Nähe zum Flughafen

Kopfkissen waren ausschließlich diese Zierkissen. Es sollte richtige Kissen mit ordentlich gewaschenem Bezug geben. Leider kam immer wieder ein Fäkaliengeruch über das Fenster.
