Very nice place.

Everyone was so helpful. The staff was always ready to solve problems. Mr Maximo at the door was specially kind. We had a problem the last day and had to leave rather late. There was no rush whatsoever, they helped us in everything we needed at no extra charges. Because of that act of kindness I give them the highest mark.

One night we had a problem with the boiler. We must point out that Nicolas was available all the time for help via WhatsApp until the problem was fixed. Humboldt street might feel dangerous for foreigners, but it isn't, there's plenty of police nearby.

Shower doors make it a tight squeeze to get in and windows don’t have screens. Apartment gets hot and mosquitos come in when windows are open.

Would have been very enjoyable without the constant noise and sleep deprivation.

Very nice facilities, friendly guard, great location

Noise was unbearable all three days of our stay. Constant pounding music from a restaurant with open windows next door, a club down the street and loud noises from the apartment above. Neither my friend nor i were able to get any sleep on Friday or Saturday night and it negativity impacted our stay here as we were exhausted the following days when we were trying to go out, walk around and enjoy the city. Also rooms get stuffy and there is no ac or fan to help with that.

La ubicación es insuperable, muy cerca de museos, centro histórico, pero también conectado con Reforma. Hay opciones de transporte público como el metrobús y el metro Juárez, excelentes restaurantes en la zona, como el Mesón del Cid.

Que estaban arreglando la calle, que si bien no está en control del anfitrión, es incómodo entrar y salir, lo bueno es que debe de ser temporal agregaría, poner trapeador y escoba en el lugar.

El lugar es muy bonito, con todas la comodidades necesarias para sentirse uno a gusto durante la visita. Lo recomendamos a otras personas y también volveríamos a ir ir a este lugar.

Están construyendo un edificio en la esquina y también están haciendo arreglos en la calle, por lo cual entrar en carro es bastante complicado y hay mucho polvo y ruido. Por los mismos arreglos en la calle, estuvimos todo un día sin agua, cuando regresamos a departamento tuvimos que ir a ver dónde conseguíamos agua para poder utilizar el servicio sanitario.

Buena opción para estar cerca del metro, de zonas de comida, y de varias atracciones de la Ciudad.

El espacio es adecuado, la ubicación es muy buena. Fuimos para un concierto en el Metropolitán, y no tuvimos conflicto alguno para movernos, y al día siguiente pudimos ir a los mercados de juguetes. Estaciones del metro muy cerca.

La calle está en obra... Y sospecho que seguirá en obra por mucho tiempo. Están construyendo un edificio al final de ella. No es cómodo llegar, e incluso salir. Otro detalle es el estacionamiento, cuenta con él, pero es del tipo donde alguien se estaciona sobre plataforma y al frente. Al menos donde nos indicaron como nuestro lugar, hay que dejar las llaves. Nada le pasó al coche, ni hubo que batallar para moverlo, pero quedas con esa incertidumbre. Finalmente, la cama que elegí era muy suave para mi gusto, me costó dormir.
