Location. Communication from staff. Water pressure in the shower. Breakfast deal with the coffee shop.
The Pink room is really pink. And the lighting reflects off the pink making it even ‘pinker.’ Please update the PDF which has outdated access codes.

Fantastic location, and the owner was very kind, friendly, and helpful.
The main downside is the lack of air conditioning, although there was a fan in the room. The bathroom and toilet are located inside the room, which can be a little uncomfortable when staying as two people. However, there is also a separate toilet in the hallway.

Good location and value for money. We liked that laundry was included free of charge. The kitchen was nice and clean although we didn’t use it some other guests were using it. The other guests were friendly. The building and architecture was beautiful, although the interior design is a bit eclectic and takes some time to get used to, not a problem if just staying a few nights. Check-in and checkout was smooth, really loved the keyless approach so we don’t have to worry about keycards or keys.
No privacy in the bathroom, it’s just a glass separated area in the middle of the room, so not very nice if staying two people. Luckily there was a toilet in the common area if one needs a bit privacy from their partner. The bed was ok, I got back pain after two nights, it’s too firm.

the toilet is inside the room. it’s not visible on the photos but it’s literally inside the room and it’s just separated by some glass door. super uncomfortable. the furniture in the room is super unpractical. if you need a side table to put a cup of tea on when you’re in a bed, there is no any, so put it on the floor :) also there is no any wardrobe.
