Great hotel location, clean rooms, and the airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. A special thank you to Alex, who was very kind and helpful. He sent us detailed instructions online on how to enter the hotel when there’s no administrator, where we could leave our luggage before check-in, and also let us know that our room was ready two hours earlier than expected. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process

The room was comfortable and very clean.
The kitchen was equipped with all what you need.
The dis level floors in the room are a bit of a hazard, and you need to be careful.
The entrance of the building is a bit creepy but once you go up in the reception it is very modern.

The room was very clean and updated. We were very comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchen area to make coffee and have a refrigerator and freezer and microwave. The manager was sweet and kind and the room was cleaned every day. I like the security of the place so at night and early in the morning you need a key to get into the main entrance and you also need a code to get into global suites.
The entrance to the building is not like a hotel entrance. It’s off the main street and as shared with an apartment building. That didn’t bother me, but it would be nice if they would paint the entryway to make it look brighter and nicer to walk into the building and go to the elevator. Also, the elevator flooring needs to be fixed.

Convenient location in the city centre.
No breakfast was offered at this hotel. Vouchers were given to go and eat breakfast at a nearby hotel cafe restaurant, which is about 2 min walk.
