The vibe of the hostel is great, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—right in the center of Budapest, with easy access to everything in the city. The internet speed (around 500 mb/s) is also very good, especially if you plan to work remotely.
Overall, the place is clean. We noticed a small amount of dust, likely because the room had been recently painted, but aside from that, cleanliness was not an issue.
One downside of being in the city center is the noise. Unfortunately, the windows are not well soundproofed, so you can hear quite a bit from outside. There is also a bar located right below the hostel, which means people are often talking late into the night.

I had an incredible stay at Wow City Hostel! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and vibrant.
The highlight of the experience was definitely meeting Loretta, the owner. She is incredibly friendly and truly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel at home. Not only was she a wonderful host, but she also suggested some amazing local spots and hidden gems that made my trip to Budapest so much more authentic.
The hostel itself lives up to its name—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. If you’re looking for a place with great energy and a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to be.

That was my 3rd time stay at your place . And before it was the best . But what happened now to the cleaning crew? So dirty , do you have a manager or an owner to check it ? In the evening when I wanted to put my belongings in the drawer I found things from previous guests … and we found an empty bottles under the bed . So definitely cleaning ladies do not care which spoils the whole impression of your place
