The location is very good and the bedroom is nice. It is very simples, but it is ok for the price.

The bathroom has to improve. It’s ok to be simple, but there is a towel around the pipe of the toilet, etc, stuff that can be better and cleaner.

Location and appearance is commensurate to the price.

There was a misunderstanding with the property owner. While it is stated that check out time is 10am and I left the room before that, I thought it’s ok to use the common bathroom and communal space in the property as normally goes with all of the accommodations from cheapest hostel to the most expensive hotels I’ve stayed with. While having my meal in the kitchen, I decided to leave my packed bags in the room so it doesn’t consume space in the small kitchen thinking that I could just quickly grab them when the cleaner comes in. I got confronted by the owner that I should have left the property by 10am. She said that the cleaner left because the room wasn’t vacated but I was in the property all the time while I was in the kitchen (you ll see everyone going in by the kitchen area) and no one showed up. Maybe the cleaner arrived before the check out time? I was told she paid the clearer 10 Euros for nothing because I overstayed which I think is just a made story - not super sure - but Im sure no tourist deserves that kind of treatment especially that tourism is one of the major source of the city’s income. She ruined my morning and my meal - the property felt like home at first - but ended feeling harassed. Hope the owner realizes that aside from cleanliness of the property, a great investment would be on improving how to treat a customer. Not planning to stay again.

Big recommendation for Valentina’s apartments! We had a wonderful stay and will come back for sure 😍 It so lovely, clean, cozy, with beautiful details make with love. It’s equipped with everything you need, in room, kitchen or bathroom. Location is great, big supermarkets, a lot of restaurants, near metro and buses station. So glad we choose it for our stay 🤗 Lovely Piroska also let us leave our baggages as our flight were late in the evening 😍 Self check-in process is super easy.

It was close to the places I wanted (airport bus, opera). Room and sheets were clean, bed quite comfortable. I had unexpected back pain and she was compassionate and helpful.

I sent to he host when I arrive 1 day before. Next morning the host sent 9.47 "it´s OK". I thought it is Ok and did not open my phone in Budapest airport, Arrived but could not get in, phoned she gave instructions and said that she sent everything. I said that she could write after OK also "I´ll send instructions soon." Wifi - In my room it interrupted every 10-15 min for 0,5-2 min. Many times appeared "This network is not safe as it uses old system which needs to change" Description: Terrace - I did not see it., View - I saw only another house , Safety deposit box- I did not see it , Hardwood or parquet floors , Towels , Socket near the bed , Desk , Seating Area , Soundproofing , Private entrance -what it means?, TV - No, Refrigerator , Ironing facilities , Iron , Shared toilet , Heating , Hairdryer- did not work properly, switched off several times , Fan - what is it , Additional toilet - I did not see , Cable channels - I did not see TV, where the channels were , Wardrobe or closet , Toaster , Dining table , Clothes rack , Drying rack for clothing , Toilet paper , Hand sanitiser I marked that it is business trip but did not get the bill. True that I did not write the "Bill" in special request but usually I got it.
