Everyone was very friendly. I wanted to do some ironing and everything I needed I got immediately.
The room was very big with traditional wardrobe (not only some shelves at the wall like in other similar hotels). The bed was comfortable. I have nothing to complain about.

Close proximity to the metro station, spacious room, modern furniture, and parking.
For a 4-star hotel, having to pay extra for parking is definitely a drawback. I have never stayed at a hotel in this category that charges separately for bathrobes and slippers. These are usually included in the room rate even at 3-star hotels.
The waste bins were emptied alternately: one day the bathroom bin was emptied, and the next day the bin in the room. The complimentary bottle of water in the room was only replenished on the first day. The bed linen was not changed at all during our entire stay.
The restaurant is only open for breakfast and remains closed for the rest of the day.
Overall, I consider this hotel to be significantly overrated for the level of service and amenities it provides.

A very nice hotel, modern, cozy and clean. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Would definitely consider it again if it would be to return in Budapest.
A small 10 min. walk to the tram station and 4 quick stops to the famous Chain Bridge.
Kindly recommend! Check it out and you won’t regret.
I cannot think of anything negative about the stay here. Everything was fine.
