Location is excellent. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and the unit was clean.
Shower was impossible to keep stable, going from too hot to too cold.

I didn’t have breakfast, the 24/7 lounge with free Wi-Fi was absolutely brilliant and the left luggage facility really useful.
Only one gripe really, the member of staff who checked me in wasn’t very friendly. Everyone else was great though. Oh, and no kettle in the room, which surprised me a bit.

A very good location in the city centre, with convenient transport connections to both main railway stations and the airport.
You can leave your luggage in the hotel’s luggage storage free of charge.
Friendly staff.
There is no fridge in the room and no tableware apart from two glasses.
You have to ask for a kettle at reception and leave a €10 deposit. Bear in mind that no cups or other tableware are provided with it.
There is a sewage smell in the bathroom. The toilet is positioned so awkwardly that you have to sit on it sideways. The water temperature from the taps fluctuates between scalding hot and freezing cold.
The room also has poor soundproofing.
