This is a very unique quirky hostel right in the centre of Budapest opposite the Hungarian National Museum. The rooms are decorated by the artist owner and the kitchen / lounge area is simply fascinating. If you want to stay in a cool, very reasonably priced place in a central location and you don't mind the stairs to walk up to the 4th floor in an old characteristic building, then this is the hostel for you.

Great atmosphere. Arts and crafts, decoration, and art are amazing. It felt really cozy. Access to transportation and the town are great. I especially loved the common area. A great chance to meet new people.
Bathrooms could be improved, and some of the furniture could be fixed up. I know it's the vibe, but it could be better.
