The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a wonderful view. The location was also excellent, with easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and sights. Most importantly, the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming, and always greeted us with a warm smile.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were very happy with our choice of hotel.
One aspect that slightly detracts from the overall quality of the hotel is the breakfast. Considering the standard and character of the hotel, I expected a higher-quality and more varied breakfast.
More importantly, there were no labels or descriptions indicating what the different food items were or what ingredients they contained. We therefore had to ask the staff repeatedly to find out what each dish or food item was. I believe that adding clear and detailed labels, especially information about ingredients and the different options available, would significantly improve the breakfast experience.
