    Just left this hotel to Cappadocia yesterday. The stuffs was very lovely and very accommodated. The toilet paper hanger was already broken when I got there . I informed the house lady and she sent someone to fix it right away. The elevator is a bit small and will take awhile you to get to you but if you can take the stairs you must do it, there is only 6 floors total. If I would come back to Istanbul I would stay here again. The location is also the best. If you don’t like noise from traffic this is not the place for you but this is Istanbul, the traffic noise comes with this charming city :)

    Staying at this hotel made me feel like an Ottoman princess! My room had an amazing view, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

    The hotel’s entrance definitely looks like a 5star hotel, but it’s when one goes in the room that realizes it’s an average 3star hotel, at least for the European standards. The room was supposed to be 22 sq. Meters, but although I didn’t prove it, I hardly believe it was that size. The furniture in the room is old and partially damaged, the rod in the wardrobe was systematically falling down (because it’s shorter than the distance between the two hangings). One of the windows didn’t have a proper curtain so a lot of light was coming in the room in the morning, making sleeping very hard. The breakfast was not very various and a lot of priority was given to salty things over sweet ones. The double bed was supposed to be a king size one but it was a regular standard one Pros are the position and the staff, which was very nice and available Overall the experience was ok, but definitely not up to the expectations, since it’s advertised to be a 5star hotel
