Great location to stay and great customer service

We had a wonderful stay at Pera Tulip Hotel & SPA and would happily return. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Istanbul. A special thank you goes to Tahsin in the restaurant. His level of service could put many personal butlers to shame. He was exceptionally professional, attentive, caring, and always seemed to anticipate guests’ needs before they even had to ask. His dedication truly elevated our experience. We would also like to recognize Sezai at reception, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and consistently went above and beyond to assist us. His warm attitude and willingness to help made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a penthouse room with a balcony, which made our trip even more memorable. The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner offered an impressive variety of delicious options. The breakfast selection rivalled what you would find in many high-end Turkish breakfast restaurants, and the daily soups were particularly excellent. The hotel interior is attractive and well-maintained, although a few areas could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The spa is relatively small, but everything it offers is of good quality. We especially enjoyed the pool and the hammam. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding staff, great food, an excellent location, and genuine hospitality. I would Highly recommended and will definitely return here.

The hair dryer was problematical at times.

Its a bit dated decor wise, but clean facilities. Very friendly staff. Sezai at reception was particulalry helpful , especially with regards to organising airport transfer.
