Muy buena ubicación. Se llega andando fácilmente y tiene transporte público cerca. Apartamento amplio. Ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado.
Olor a humedad y humedades en las paredes y techos, no ventila bien. Menaje de cocina muy escaso. No hay espacio de almacenaje. Necesita algo de reforma y mantenimiento.

De lokatie was top.
In de douche hangt een douche gordijnen ( op een paar plekken los) terwijl op de foto een douchewand te zien is.
In de badkamer zou een extra plankje voor toilet spullen op te zetten niet overbodig zijn.
Wat meer licht in de badkamer zou ook fijn zijn.
In de keuken is het servies wat aan de weinige kant.
Sommige wanden kunnen een likje verf gebruiken.

Todo muy bien ,el apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario
La comunicación con la empresa que nos guío para abrir la puerta muy mal , !!! Y la calle donde estaba el apartamento muy sucia a cualquier hora. La vigilancia policial nula , muchos indigentes y pico servicio social , me dio mucha pena
