Location is great. Very central to everything and a 5 minute walk to/from the train station, most of the city central sights, restaurants and pubs, and to catch any tour buses. The host was very communicative and was available to answer any questions and provide guidance on all our needs. The room was well equiped (even a washer/dryer). This place is meant for folks who want to explore Inverness and come in to crash, rejuvenate and head back out.
Just a heads-up for future guests... if you're walking from the train station, there’s a flight of city steps to reach the property, which isn’t the host’s fault (city design for hill terrain) but worth noting. The bed was a bit small (though comfortable), and the sloped ceiling on one side might be a minor consideration for taller guests.

Location to shops and station was good. Neat and clean.
As Older people with luggage we found it very hard to get up many stairs on approach from High St and tight staircase in property. No instructions for washing machine. Needs two chairs.
