Amazing location, just a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Lots of room, charming views out the window. Great aircon Roof height in bedroom was fine. We lived being able to was and dry our laundry. (Rooftop patio was amazing for drying laundry)
No toaster Stairs to the apartment can be a challenge with heavy suitcases.

Spacious, well lighted, Modern, 2 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen.
The amount of stairs (4 stories and no lift) to the apartment were not mentioned in the description nor was the very low ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. A manual is needed for the washing machine. Several pieces of my clothing were ruined. The balcony was overgrown with the palm tree and totally unusable.
