The location was great. Walkable to all areas of Ortigia. There is a school of music located across from the apartment building and as school was still in session we could hear their group vocal lessons daily. Very nice.
Poor communication with the host, no check in or followup. No early check in. Basic welcome amenities were low to not present. No access to the washer/dryer room - labeled private. There was also a water pump for the building in the hallway that was very noisy.

Apartament mieści się tuż przy Piazza Archimede i Fontanny di Diana, na cichym placyku. Widok z balkonów na Palazzio Montalto-Pupillo. Apartament mieści się na 2 piętrze, jest duży, przestronny i czysty. Mieści się w samym centrum Ortygii. Blisko do głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Do dworca kolejowego, autobusowego jest pieszo 15 min. Samo zameldowanie bez problemu, na kod do skrytki na klucze.
Co mi przeszkadzało, to brak miotły / odkurzacza / srodków do czyszczenia. Przyjechałam na tydzień, nie na 2 noce...nie ukrywajmy, przez tydzień podłoga się ubrudzi, lustro zachlapie.Ale sobie radziłam.

Excellent location. Really comfy, generously proportioned second floor flat. Big comfy sofa. Slept well in the bedroom, quiet street. The coffee machine with coffee pods was really nice.
There was only one tea cup, and being English, my friend and I do like to drink tea. I had mine out of a glass.
