We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and the hot tub experience. We loved having two wine farms nearby to explore and enjoy. The house was clean and well equipped with what we needed. There is an air fryer which was a bonus. We loved the coffee provided and comfortable seating and tables outside to enjoy our morning coffee. We took some lovely photos as well.
We had a terrible problem with flies and struggled getting them out of the house. We noticed that for most of the hiking trails, pets weren't allowed, so it limited us to where we could go. And we had a random encounter with what we think was a security guard who came up to our cabin one night, which was just unexpected. We would have appreciated some form of storage for our clothes, it was a bit cramped.

We travelled as a family of 4, with 2 young children. We had a very comfortable stay. The view is spectacular! Everything was new and clean and the cabin was more spacious than I expected. It was well kitted with everything we needed for our stay.
Although there was aircon, it was extremely hot as the cabin is solar powered and so the aircon can’t run continuously. Once the sun goes down, the cool breeze quickly cools everything and we had a lovely, comfortable night’s sleep.

The cabin has a beautiful view of the Tulbagh valley. Its private and well appointed and everything works.
Unfortunately, it came across as a bit unkept. There is a broken window lying behind the cabin and lots of weeds growing around the pool and deck areas. Pool also has some growth in that muddles the water & looks a bit unpleasant.

The views and ambiance. Peaceful and quiet.
The Airfryer was dirty, and the gas stove was an issue it didn't always work.
The basin was impractical.
