Great location. Very quiet. Spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues, so called the office and they were sorted out very quickly and easily. The facilities were superb, just what we needed for our break.
The full property address when entered into my phone map, didn't work. When I put in just the post code it took me to the wrong side of the building and not where the key safe was.
There's a switch by the front door, which needs to be on for all the lights to work, so I thought a fuse had blown when we woke up and the lights wouldn't work from their specific switches.
The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim and needs to be brighter.

Clean, great location and quiet
The directions were very poor especially if arriving after 7 and in the dark. It took us 1 hour to work out where to go (postcode and name of road take you to a different place) and where to pick up keys
Heating was all out of sync and super hot during the night and cold during the morning. Had to change timings on clock on thermostat to make it work force second night. Agency sent a person first day but they could not work it out either!
