Cozy with incredible views

Our stay at Lebe Oetz was amazing, the apartment was so beautiful and modern with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. We were a 3min walk from the bus stop and 8 min walk from the ski lift. The hosts were very helpful with all of our questions and were always so quick to reply. They have a laundry which was incredible helpful for us and check-in was so easy with the access code. Loved Oetz and this apartment, can't wait to come back for another ski season.

Very nice apartment, extra big, master room include a private bath, separate toilet, big shower, the highlight private hot sauna in the apartment- astounding!

Electric digital oven and stove, can be great if you know how to operate, or very frustrating if you need to use and learn in the first time, and there are no instructions.

The apartment was very comfortable, newly designed, fully equipped with all necessary. Location was great. It was calm and all new and very nicely organized. The host was responsive to all our questions/ needs and we had a great time.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location

- Beautiful apartment - clean, modern, well furnished & spacious. - Brilliant location in the center of Ötz, close to restaurants, shops etc. But also walking-distance from the Gondola for skiing - or the bus stop for the ski bus is just around the corner. - Lovely terrace & the private sauna was amazing. - Super communication from the owner. - Loved the App and being able to order fresh bread every morning.

He deserves the worst stay during my trip in Europe.

The service was not provided as required as we did not receive the summer cards (The host informed us that the printer is not working...totally unacceptable) at the end he brought us 2 cards out of 4 at the end of our second day which useless because it's time for us to leave. Also, there was a bad smell in the kitchen and the outdoor balcony is directly open on the public street without protection.

L’apartament està molt ben situat al poble, a prop de comerços, restaurants i supermercats. És gran, net i té tot el necessari per a l’estància, a més de disposar de plaça d’aparcament coberta. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber, bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Apartment ist sehr modern, gepflegt, einfach traumhaft eingerichtet. Highlight war unsere Sauna auf der Terrasse. Vielen Dank für alles.

Perfekt!

Wir waren im Apartment Michl. Das gesamte Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Alles ist noch sehr neu und sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt für unseren Wanderurlaub. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Bus oder zum Supermarkt, aber weit genug von der Hauptstraße, dass es sehr ruhig ist. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben sogar nochmal frische Handtücher bekommen nach 1 Woche.

Hofladen könnte ein paar mehr regionale Produkte anbieten, aber davon gibt es im Ort noch andere - also nichts wirklich auszusetzen

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Apartment. Sehr modern/wohnlich und gut durchdacht im Detail.

Einziges Manko: unser Apartment lag im Erdgeschoss. Man hat dort zwar eine große Terrasse, schaut jedoch direkt auf das Nachbargebäude, die Berge/den Himmel sieht man nur in einem sehr kleinen Ausschnitt.

Genieten en nog eens genieten

Wij zaten op nummer 5. Wat een prachtig rustig modern schoon appartement met heerlijk balkon op het zuiden! Mooie architectuur. Warme smaakvolle inrichting. Aan alles is gedacht. Zeer comfortabel. Lekkere geuren overal. En op de regenachtige dag naar het naastliggende museum van lokale geschiedenis met als toegift de infra rode sauna 'thuis'. Prachtige wandelingen gemaakt in het Örtztal. En daarna'thuis' lekker gekookt. Communicatie liep perfect! Heerlijk! Dank Sophia en haar team.
