Zentrale ruhige Lage in Oetz (Supermarkt, Restaurants 3 Minuten Fußweg), gepflegte Anlage mit Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Bolzplatz, Billard, Kletterwand, Tischtennis), gutes Frühstück, sehr saubere Sanitärbereiche, ausreichend Grillstellen (Holz vor Ort), freundliches Personal, Parkplatz an der Unterkunft - das von uns, als junge Familie, bewohnte „Basic“Häuschen war eine tolle Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Familienurlaub (glücklicherweise durchweg sehr gutes Wetter, ggfls kann es bei schlechtem Wetter „eng“ im Häuschen werden). Auch für Gruppen geeignet. An der Unterkunft können direkt verschiedene Freizeitaktivitäten gebucht werden (E-Bile, Rafting, etc.). Das angeschlossene Hotel-Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht. Achtung: Ötztal-Summer-Card war bei uns nicht im Preis inkludiert! Die Karte ist bares Geld wert.
Atmosphärisch fanden wir die bauliche Trennung zwischen den hochpreisigeren Chalet-Häusern und den „Basic“-Häuschen auf der Anlage nicht so schön.
