Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig und ist modern sowie durchdacht eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Aufteilung des Wohnbereiches im Erdgeschoss: Das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich mit Küche sind getrennt, aber beide haben direkten Zugang zur sonnigen Terrasse – ideal für gemeinsame Zeit drinnen und draußen.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, was für unsere Gruppe perfekt gepasst hat.
Kamin und Sauna runden das Angebot wunderbar ab und sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort und Entspannung nach einem langen Ski- oder Wandertag.
Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen würden.
Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart (gefüllt Härtegrad 4+), aber das ist natürlich subjektiv. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht werden muss und die Endreinigung vom Mieter durchzuführen ist. Steht in der Beschreibung – trotzdem sollte man bei der Planung berücksichtigen.

I had a highly satisfying 14-day stay at the place at the close of the winter season. As an avid snowboarding enthusiast, I used it as my base for trips around Otzal, Kühtai, and Sölden. The accommodation perfectly blends traditional Alpine charm with modern comforts. The living area is spacious and elegantly decorated with tasteful wood and stone accents, while the inviting fireplace provided a welcome retreat after long days on the slopes. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation both enjoyable and convenient, and the private terrace and balcony offered magnificent mountain views—ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The wellness amenities, including the sauna and hot tub, were an excellent way to relax and rejuvenate after active days outdoors.
The hosts were exceptionally warm and professional, consistently offering valuable local insights and ensuring every detail of my stay was taken care of. Although the property is family-friendly, its generous space and quality amenities make it an excellent choice for professionals and groups of friends alike.
While my overall experience was outstanding, there was one small detail worth mentioning. The mattresses in the rooms appeared to be of a slightly lower quality compared to the rest of the excellent amenities. This minor shortcoming did not affect my comfort significantly, but I believe that an upgrade to higher-quality mattresses could be a very cost-effective improvement. It’s a small tweak that could enhance the overall guest experience. I mention this purely as constructive feedback—it wasn’t a big deal for us, yet it might make an even better impression on future guests.
