Maria's place is spotless, like new, and has all the things you need. Maria herself is super friendly, helpful and hospitable. She did all in her capacity to accomdoate our needs. She provided us with winter clothes for kids that we didn't have. The place has very clean areas. Beds are nice. Views are perfect and parking is easy. The location is amazing, there are several attractions around for hiking, biking, skiing, swimming etc. We visited Aqua Dome which is close by. There are astonishing climbing and rafting areas around as well.
The washing machine is located outside the place in a different room a few meters away. It would be nice that each house has it's own washing machine (and dryer, when possible)

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und großzügig. Darüber hinaus war unsere Gastgebein Maria außerordentlich nett und aufmerksam.
Wir fanden die Badtüren etwas schwierig, besonders für das Badezimmer im Wohnbereich. Die Schiebetür konnte nicht verschlossen werden und es verblieb immer ein Spalt, so dass die Privatsphäre nicht gegeben war.

Sehr guten Kontakt zur Gastgeberfamilie. Sie steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Stylische Location mit genügend vorhandenem Platz. Viel Holz und Naturstein sorgen für absoluten Wohlfühlfaktor.
Gut eingerichtete Küche. Grosse Badezimmer. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
Extrem cosy Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten.
Extra Abstellraum im Chalet mit genügend Platz für Fahrräder/Skis/Wäsche trocknen. Staubsauger vorhanden.
Brötchenservice möglich.
Genügend vorhandene Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Chalet.
Per Auto nur wenige Minuten von Oetz mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Café/Eisdiele/Restaurants entfernt.
Das Oetztal mit Chalet Alp Apart ist einfach ein Juwel.
Das Chalet und das Oetztal wieder verlassen zu müssen.
Wir haben gar nix zu bemängeln.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an total wohlgefühlt! Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet – modern, super sauber und trotzdem richtig gemütlich. Es war alles da, was man braucht, und man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt wurde. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Gastgeber waren so unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. :)
Ehrlich gesagt – nichts! Wenn man überhaupt etwas nennen müsste, dann dass der Aufenthalt viel zu schnell vorbei war.
