It could be much better once the interior improved

Quite a good location for its money. Adequate staff, nice view. Quite clean, free parking nearby.

It looks like a senior's studio to have belonged to a respectable but poor old man who has recently gone. A lot of very private stuff: family photos, diplomas, etc. Old (not antique) and seriously worn furniture mixed with IKEA, which is also worn. I didn't find at booking that I had to pay extra for the sheets This relatively small studio intends up to four guests: a single sofa (too soft and too short for my only 180cm), double transformer sofa with Aluminum tube under the thin mattress - I couldn't sleep there, and I had to sleep separately from my wife, another cabinet foldable single bed (also too soft and worn) No European sockets! - only Italian ones. And only one adapter (used for the fridge). For using anything else we had with us (laptop, iron, etc.), we must've switched off the fridge.

la stanza è veramente in pessime condizioni se si considerano i 150 euro al giorno in cui non sono compresi servizi come biancheria e sapone Ci ho messo mezza giornata a trovare la cucina perché nascosta da una porta a soffietto molto dura e credevo fosse un vano chiuso. per quanto riguarda l'arredo mi spiace constatare che nonostante tutte le recensioni lette fino ad oggi nn sia stata cambiata una virgola sedie arrugginite che macchiano gl'abiti mobili degl'anni 70 cucina pulita ma vecchissima. basterebbe voler investire qualche euro all'ikea e rendere il posto accogliente evidentemente nn c'è alcun interesse

Forferdelig opplevelse, sengedyr, dårlig hygiene, manglende hjelp fra personalet og ingen refusjon

Resepsjonisten var hyggelig. Rommet var sort og hadde en pen utsikt fra vinduet.

Vi hadde dessverre en forferdelig opplevelse her. Rommet var i dårlig hygienisk stand allerede ved ankomst, og da vi skulle legge oss, oppdaget vi flere sengedyr og insekter. Det gjorde det umulig å sove, og vi endte opp med å gå ned til lobbyen for å høre om vi kunne få et nytt rom. Det var ingen i lobbyen på dette tidspunktet, da det var sent på kvelden. Vi prøvde å kontakte personalet, men ingen svarte før rundt kl. 06.00–07.00 på morgenen. Noe som er forståelig, siden de ikke var på jobb. Vi endte opp med å sitte hele natten i resepsjonen, da vi ikke følte oss trygge på rommet. På morgenen kom det en vaskedame som skulle se over rommet for å forsikre seg om at vi ikke løy, og at det faktisk var sengedyr der. Hun kunne ikke snakke engelsk, men vi prøvde å forklare hvor dyrene var ved å peke og bruke Google Translate. Vi kan litt italiensk, og forsto det slik at hun syntes vi var tullete, blant annet kalte hun oss idiotiske. Da vi viste henne dyrene i sengen, tok hun dem opp og kastet dem surt ut av vinduet. Eieren av hotellet valgte å stole på vaskedamen fremfor oss, og konkluderte dermed med at rommet var rent og at det ikke var noe problem å sove der. Vi hadde bildebevis av dyrene vi fant, men dette mente de ikke var godt nok. På dette tidspunktet hadde vi vært våkne i mer enn 24 timer og var svært slitne etter en lang reise. Vi valgte derfor å bytte hotell på egenhånd. Etter at vi dro, fikk vi en melding fra eieren av hotellet om at vi kunne få refundert oppholdet vårt. Dette var vi takknemlige for, siden vi måtte betale for et helt nytt hotell for resten av ferien vår. Da vi kom hjem fra ferien, sendte vi e-post til Booking med skjermbilder av samtalene hvor eieren lovet refusjon, samt bilder av dyrene og den dårlige renholdstandarden på rommet. Likevel nekter hotellet for dette, og vi har fortsatt ikke fått pengene våre tilbake. Alt i alt var opplevelsen vår helt forferdelig. Vi kan dessverre ikke anbefale dette stedet til andre.

Het gehele appartement, bed van zeer slechte kwaliteit, keukenkastjes hangen met spanbanden aan elkaar, tuinset op gallon is helemaal verroest en alles heeft een opknapbeurt nodig.
