Die gute Lage das Haus war sauber,Personal war nicht vorhanden
Mangelhafte Ausstattung der Küche.Keine Gläser,nur 2 Espressotassen aber genug Teller und Töpfe. Das Apartememt ist klein und wenn die Schlafcouch aufgeklappt ist,hat man kein Platz für 2 Koffer.Dampfabzugshaube läuft 24 Std.Tür zum Balkon fällt aus der Verankerung ,Fenster lässt sichnicht öffnrn.

Hote très disponible et réactif. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le parking privatif et gratuit est un vrai plus. La proximité à pied du centre ville également. Le logement au dernier étage bénéficie d une vue exceptionnelle. La machine à laver et machine à café sont très appréciables.
Équipement cuisine (vaiselle) à compléter.

The apartment was good but missing any efforts towards comfort or hosting. Generally the complex felt vacant, but the pool was good, a little cramped, the balcony was excellent with a good view. The apartment had a washing machine, kitchen and aircon.
Dirty shower mat, tea towels and sponges. It was additional to rent sheets and towels so we brought a small number of our own bedding but the kitchen felt unequipped. Some basic supplies such as a clean tea towel would have been necessary.

Clean but small, it is advertise as a one bedroom, but really is a studio apartment
Incorrect information on key pickup location which was downtown Rapallo. No one answered the buzzer or the phone number. The key was at the property and we could not access the building as the door was locked. Paolo did not come to the property and building access was provided by two individuals who happen to be there and then were very helpful by calling Paolo, who then informed that the key was behind the front desk, which is not staffed.
