A propriedade simplesmente perfeita para quem busca boa localização, conforto e conveniência. O apartamento tem tudo disponível e funcionando. É muito limpo. Mas o melhor mesmo é o Alberto, o hoster, ele está sempre disponível se precisar de dicas, é muito generoso e gentil.

In town for the Cape Town Marathon (end of May). Location is perfect - 1km (0.62mi) from DHL Stadium (hosts the expo, and is one of the 2 start lines) or 1.6km (1mi) walk from the beach road start line. Also a short 800m walk to V&A Waterfront mall. Convenient store within 20 meters for snacks or Woolies about 500m away for proper groceries. Great coffee from across the road. Loved access to the washing machine and clothes line as someone travelling light, and ability to store food and drink in the full size refrigerator and cook real meals rather than always eating out. Bed is very comfortable and slept well. I understand several other reviews talk about traffic on Ebenezer Rd being loud - it is true however as I sleep with a bluetooth sleep mask playing rain / white noise it never bothered me and always slept through it. The facility is safe and secure and I never had any safety concerns. Those host is fantastic with communication

Very well located in Cape Town, next to the Waterfront and to the City center. Practical and convenient The owner is very helpful, even from distance Swimming pool and coffee bar in the building

Noisy (miss double glaze windows...) Sofa bed downstairs is not very comfortable. Apartment is better for 2 persons.
