No hand soap and hanging racks in the bathroom No dish soap so we had to leave all dishes dirty on departure The air con wasn't working properly Also, TV wasn't working well The apartment is above a busy and noisy road, shops underneath close at 4am, you need ear plugs for sleeping Hard mattress and very soft pillows

The apartment (1C) is very spacious, it has small balcony looking to the atrium side, while the window of the living room is facing the (noisy) street. Luckily the sleeping room is adjacent to the balcony, so it is pleasantly quiet during the night. I liked also the kitchen table and chairs so I could do some work on my laptop. Very good price for so large apartment.

First and foremost: the code provided by the apartment owners (via Booking.com messages) for the keybox (located inside the multi-apartment building) did not work. The code for the building’s main door functioned perfectly, however. After an exhausting 11-hour journey and arriving at 11 p.m., I was unable to access my prepaid apartment. I called the emergency number provided and reached only a Spanish-language voicemail (which I do not understand). According to the message for the entry code, I was supposed to enter a 5-digit PIN after calling the emergency number, but nothing happened after the first attempt. I repeated the process several times, and after a prolonged wait following the PIN entry, a person finally answered. We continued communicating via Booking.com messages (the alternative was WhatsApp, which I do not use). The host attempted to open the keybox remotely, but it failed. Eventually, she sent a maintenance worker who successfully opened it. I gained access to the apartment about 25 minutes after my arrival to the location, but the experience was extremely stressful --I had no idea if or when I would receive human assistance after calling that emergency number with answering machine. WhatsApp support is available only from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. I strongly dislike this impersonal key-retrieval system, especially when it does not function flawlessly. Kitchen was large, modern and equiped with large fridge & refridgerator, stove & oven, microwave and even laundry machine, however the kitchen cabinets were almost empty. Only few very large pots and pans could be found, besides plates & cutlery. I wanted to warm up the milk for my muesli and could do it only in soup plate in the microwave. Also the cups were all very small. Some smaller size pots and saucepans would be great. In the bathroom the sink in the shower cabin is probably clogged since the water starts to flow out of the shower tray unless you finish showering within few minutes.

Location was great. Walking distance to most things and was above the street of lots of food outlets / resturants. Shower was nice. Great that there was 2 bathrooms (one per bedroom).the handsoap was good. Washing machine great feature. Good value for money. Size of the apartment was bigger than expected. Was great the bedrooms were at the back of the apartment as it was quieter.

Beds were not comfy. The apartment was stuffy and I couldn't get the aircon to work in the living room or the main bedroom (appears like it had been mains switched off?) There was not many cooking utensils so presume many people didn't cook as I had to improvise with what I had - and no basic things like salt or oil.
