Location. Comfortable beds.
Noisy at night. We were on 5th floor and above on the 6th we could hear the loose slabbed tiles on the roof terrace every time people walked around into the early hours.
Also, we were there for 4 nights and we were only ever given two small complimentary water bottles on the first day. They were never replaced. Also there were 2 paper cups when we arrived. After day one, we were given only one so had to share. I thought this was very miserly considering the rating/cost of the hotel.

Central location
Air conditioning didn't work so had to sleep with the windows open, which would be fine, but the streets were very noisy
