We had a one bedroom basic apartment. It was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent for walking for sightseeing. Luis, the property representative, was very helpful and friendly. The kitchenette all we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The check in process was very smooth moreover the staff does a great job ensuring that all your questions get answered via their Whatsapp messaging system. They are quick to respond as well to support your needs. I was very grateful as they tried to accommodate us by trying to get early check in and store our luggage until we got our room.
The property is located in a central area- easy to navigate and reach the main central attractions.
The room itself was clean, spacious. The only thing I would say is that the sofa bed was uncomfortable so would probably need an upgrade. It has onsite laundry which is convenient.
Overall, recommend to stay here! I would come back :)

Excellent property. Great location, amenities were good, very clean. Apartment has kitchen, lots of natural light and is spacious.

Front desk services assisted with getting us a taxi with a helpful abd reliable driver. The manager graciously welcomed our family and throughout our stay, asked how are our accommodations.
This is our second time staying at Mosaiko Homes in Granada and it felt great to be back. The neighborhood is very convenient; it is nice to have a kitchen area and access to laundry. Keep up the good work and wonderful service!
