Great location and very friendly and helpful staff who were always pleasant and shared information for our stay.

THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! The lady at the reception , as well as other staff were phenomenal. They were very welcoming. They provided info about the city. They put a big bottle of water and chocolates in the room as welcome gifts. They even offered me a bottle of water when I checked out. You could get your room cleaned every morning for free if you'd like. The location of the hotel is great, near the main road, very close to the historic center. There were many shops and cafés in the neighbourhood.

- My actual room and the photos of the room that I booked didn't match. - My room was next to the AC units of the hotel so it was a bit noisy, I didn't wanna open the windows because of that. - The fridge in the room didn't have any freezer which was a problem for me as I need a freezer for my ice-akku. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a fridge in the room but I didn't know that a fridge would come without a freezer. - The room was really tiny, definitely not for 2 people. I could barely find a space in the room to put my hand luggage. - It's impossible to turn off the radiator in the bathroom. It was overheating the room even after I close the bathroom door. I was getting super sweaty even after taking a shower because of the heat coming from the radiator.

The reception is open 8am to 10pm - outside of those hours, the lift does not work, and lift never goes to the 3rd floor. So coming/going outside of those hours means lugging your suitcase up/down a lot of stairs. Had issues with the shower and the lights. Left after one night.
