There was no kettle or fridge, though I could borrow a kettle from reception.

Location: if you walk or take the taxi, it is very nice. I came by car and it was a nightmare finding a parking because the apartment complex is on a one-way street and all streets around are extremely narrow. Most of them are one-way, of course.
Room: a room with 4 basic single beds each covered with some fady red cloth, 2 night stands, 1 narrow stand and 1 mirror. A very small TV screen. Less than basic. The room was clean. Bathroom: bad smell from sewers, water not draining down at the shower. Rather clean (found some short black hair on the shower door and in the shower basin. The bathroom amenities are rather recent and in fairly good state.
